An Architectural Gem Rising on Radnička: A Top-Class Office Building Featuring 13 High-Speed Elevators and a Distinctive Façade

Along the stretch from the roundabout near the Hilton Hotel to the intersection with Vukovarska Street on Radnička cesta, a new office building is rising—set to enrich the area with its modern design and innovative architecture. The building will feature three vertical cores running through the entire structure, with communication enabled by 13 high-speed elevators. In addition, an open passageway eight meters wide will extend through the building, aligned with the southern entrance to the complex. We spoke with architect Pero Vuković from Arhiv Studio, who leads a talented and international team, about the distinctive terracotta façade, unique spatial solutions, and the amenities that will define this new architectural landmark.
