During this year’s CEEQA Awards ceremony, representatives from Skanska received awards in two prestigious categories: Developer of the Year and Green Leadership Award. Previously, during MIPIM in March 2016, the unit was recognized as Real Green Developer of the Year for the use of green solutions in office buildings. Furthermore, Corso Court, Skanska’s office project located in Prague, Czech Republic, was also recognized as the greenest building.

“We are glad that the jury recognized the scale of Skanska CDE’s actions. While developing our office investments we aim at creating modern, friendly and comfortable workplaces. We closely co-operate with future tenants and focus on adjusting our projects to their individual needs and requirements. This design solution is a valuable experience for us and we are happy that we can provide excellent and functional office spaces that allow companies and their employees to develop further. In addition, we also focus on local communities, creating and making common spaces within our projects which are available not only for tenants, but also for citizens. Our presence in four countries of the CEE region and Skanska’s global experience provides us with the opportunity to exchange knowledge among the company’s units and enhance our developer offer aimed at tenants and investors,” comments Katarzyna Zawodna, President at Skanska CDE.
