By type of construction, 87.3 percent or 695 permits were issued for buildings and 12.7 percent or 101 permits for other buildings.

At the annual level, the number of building permits for buildings increased by 22.6 percent, while for other buildings it decreased by 7.3 percent.

Permits issued in July envisage the value of works at HRK 2.65 billion, which is 25.8 percent more than in July 2020, when the value of works amounted to HRK 2.11 billion.

By type of work, 78.5 percent or 625 permits were issued for new construction in July, and 21.5 percent or 171 permits for reconstruction.

The issued building permits envisage the construction of 1,144 apartments in July, which is 32.8 percent more than in July last year, when the construction of 861 apartments was planned.

In the first seven months of this year, 5,958 building permits were issued, an increase of 20.9 percent over the same period last year.

The estimated value of the works is HRK 17.9 billion, which is 26.1 percent more than in the first seven months of 2020.

By type of construction, 4,970 permits were issued for buildings, up 20.9 percent from the same period last year, and 988 for other buildings, up 13.5 percent.

According to the issued building permits, the construction of 9,338 apartments is planned in the first seven months, which is 28 percent more than in the same period last year.
