The massive building has a total of 111 floors above ground and five below ground. It includes a shopping center, offices, apartments and a hotel, and has a gross area of 507,681.0 square meters. About 20% of this area is not part of the main building, but is located on the podium connected to it.

A sister tower to CTF Financial Center in Guangzhou, this building was completed in 2019 and sits at exactly the same height of 530 meters. It also happens to be the tallest building in the world with 'less than 100 floors,' 4 of which are underground.
