The Emonika project is worth more than 350 million euros, and the investor is a company owned by the largest Hungarian banking group, OTP, led by Sándor Csányi. They are constructing a shopping and entertainment center, office building, and hotels, stating that it will be the economic and social center of Ljubljana.
