Dear Sirs, we are a sports club looking for space for a sports hall (jiu jitsu). We are considering: - spaces of at least 140 to a maximum of 300m2, but we will look at smaller and larger ones - spaces that have one open space room of at least 80m2 (the more the better) - unfurnished, can be unfinished or neglected if an agreement with the owner on the arrangement is possible - basement/ground floor/freestanding space/office building - there will be no quiet activity - Ideally we are looking for something like Zagi Center, Zavrtnica or freestanding former activities (workshops, warehouses, halls, old coworking spaces, former halls, salons), office buildings suitable for a gym, etc. Price up to or around 10e/m2 - neighborhoods: west of the city (to Jankomir), new Zagreb (not far neighborhoods such as Buzin, Lučko, Odra, Žitnjak, east not further than Maksimir). It must be close to a residential area, it cannot be a grain business zone, east to Maksimir, north no further than Crnomerc.
