We are looking for a business space - more of an office type than a warehouse in which we would carry out the activities of an online store - sending packages to customers. The space will receive goods, so it is necessary that it is on the ground floor and that there is good access for a pallet truck and van, and that the door is wide enough for passage. Size between 180-250 square meters for the office area (computers, printers), toilet, small kitchenette is desirable and storage space, or space for placing shelves for product stock. Parking space is desirable, although not necessary - but easy access by vehicle is necessary. A wider area around Vukovarska and Radnička streets would be ideal for us.
