Lux Investments is a joint-stock company that has been operating in the Croatian market since 2011, with a share capital of €2,509,292.00.
We focus on the development of real estate in the Croatian market, built in exceptional locations, and unique in their blend of quality, functionality, comfort, and enjoyment of the space in which one resides.
Our portfolio consists of several commercial, tourist, and residential properties in various stages of development. We own part of an elite office space in the BCI center, which also includes a garage with 447 parking spaces and a representative office building with 78 parking spaces located in the very center of the city, called CastelluM Center.
In addition to commercial spaces, we are also developing tourist services, including the Senses Resort hotel complex. Senses Resort offers a wonderful vacation full of relaxation and beautiful experiences on the island of Hvar. We also own more than 200,000 m² of exclusive plots on the Adriatic coast (Dalmatia, Istria), where we are preparing the construction of unique residential and tourist properties that, in line with our mission and business strategy, will confirm our excellence.
