The third building, Matrix C, which received a building permit this year, will be the latest extension of the most modern and sustainable business center in Zagreb. The new space will provide approximately 10,500 m2 of gross lease area with high quality office space, retail bicycle storage, other services and facilities, and will provide underground as well as above-ground parking for 250 vehicles and power sources for electric vehicles.
