The Emporion Center building was completed and moved in in 2006. It consists of a ground floor, 6 above ground and 3 underground floors with public parking. The building has 2 entrances with stairs and a total of 4 elevators. Security guards are at both entrances to the building and are present 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. The main communications inside the building are covered by surveillance cameras. Night surveillance also includes a tour of the building and especially controls communication with elevators.
The office space of the building is designed as an office space with three street shops on the ground floor. Heating and cooling is common to the whole building. ICT (IT and telephone) infrastructure exists and is part of the overall infrastructure of the building or space being leased. In addition to the possibility of renting office furniture, it is also possible to rent complete IT equipment. ICT support (Emporion informatics) is located inside the building. In the building there is a possibility of occasional rental of several different meeting rooms within the building with a capacity of 10 to 80 people.
On the last, 6th floor of the EMPORION CENTER building, there is the restaurant BON APPETIT (www.bonappetit.hr) and in the yard there is a coffee bar SODOAD. In addition to the a la carte menu, the Bon Appetit restaurant also has a special buffet offer and a coffee bar. There is a possibility of special prices for tenant employees inside the building.
Inside the building (elevators, entrances to the room from the staircase) movement is restricted by the RFID card system and each employee of the building is identified by a personal RFID card. Payment in the restaurant and cafe bars (bar of the Bon Appetit restaurant on the 6th floor, Sodoad on the ground floor) and entry to the garage is also possible by RFID card with payment by special arrangement.
The user can also install an additional system of protection and access control within the leased space.
